FAQ

You may reschedule your appointments free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment time through our scheduling platform. A link to reschedule may be found in the original confirmation, or appointment reminder emails sent to you from Acuity. Unfortunately, due to the amount of time Kristin spends preparing in advance of each session, she is unable to offer refunds due to client cancellation.

If Kristin, the provider, must cancel the reading, she will offer the client the choice to reschedule, or receive a refund.

You should receive an email with a 24-hour appointment reminder; if necessary, you may reschedule via this reminder email. (Refer to our liberal reschedule policy above). Kristin will email you at the 5-minute late mark to check in. If we don’t hear back from you, we will consider you a no-show. Due to the high volume of clients waiting for readings, a no-call, no-show reading is consider fulfilled.

We do however understand that emergencies occur, and the Universe can deliver surprises. If you need to reschedule your appointment past the 24-hour reschedule allowance, or you miss your appointment, please email hello@starchartastrology.com to let us know what happened, and when possible, we will arrange to reschedule. We do have a limit of 1 no-call, no-show missed appointment per reading purchased.

Your readings and the information you share with Kristin via email and in session, will be kept private and confidential to the fullest extent under the law.
